THE BIG PICTURE
Barry has some comments on his site about the number of stocks on the NYSE below their 200 SMA- here are the numbers on the SPX. There have been some substantial bounces from these areas in the past. We will see.

Might have a super strong buy signal triggered tomorrow. Will know for sure by 10:15-10:30 am. Only 2 possibilities, a weak short signal (which we will ignore),and the strong buy stock signal (if triggers, it works for short bonds, or long stock indexes). Indicator was great for us in '07, and it's first possible signal in 2008. Don't try to be early, as it might not trigger at all. Good luck everybody.
