CLOSING JITTERS

Markets closed higher but way off the best levels as the DJIA was +380, NAZ +90 and SPX +50.

Strong sectors- brokers, reits, real estate, banks, gaming and homies while utils, defense, drugs and biotech lagged.

NYSE- 2425 net winners;

NAZ- 1500 net winners;

VIX- down 11% at 64.5;

Decent volume with up over 10X the down;

RSI (2) levels near 80 on most major indexes and a pretty good near term target of 875 on the SPX for a sell area- hopefully it hits. Otherwise its all day trading- and hopefully not quite as volatile tomorrow.
