THE CLOSE

A brutal day to watch equities as we were stuck in a very tight range for most of the day- However the SPX got a little jiggy late and managed to close higher by 4 while the NAZ jumped 12 and the DJIA +47.

Strong sectors- retail, internets, fins, brokers and reits while metals, gaming, airlines, biotech and energy lagged.

NYSE- 460 net winners;

NAZ- 250 net winners;

SPX - 288 GREEN;

NDX- 51 GREEN;

VIX- FLAT at 18.7 and about 5% under the SMA 10.

SPX way overbought with an RSI 2 reading of 98 - and NFP day tomorrow - so cleaned up the balance of my SSO - all sold out - and waiting probably till next week to reload-
